I have been involved in basketball, either playing or coaching, since I was in 5th grade. I was able to excel as a player at every level I competed; most notable being selected to the All Conference team in high school, and being selected to the Air Force base team for 11 years straight during my military career. After having four knee surgeries from the demands basketball has placed on my body, I have begun sharing my knowledge of the game with youth. I was given the opportunity to assist coaching with the Lady Bombers basketball team in 2009.
I really enjoy coaching for the Bomber Athletic Club because their mission and organization’s are directly in line with what I want to accomplish as a coach. The Bomber Athletic club allows me to continue to teach youth about the game I’ve played and loved all of my life. Not only am I able to teach the Lady Bombers to play basketball, but also I am able to promote healthy living, teamwork, camaraderie, and work ethic. One of the best things about being part of the Bomber organization is the emphasis they place on being a family oriented organization, and I am proud to be a Bomber parent and coach!!!
